Delete in the app
- Open OFFMAT and go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Read the summary and type
DELETE. - Confirm your identity with your current password or the same Google account used to sign in.
- Submit the request. If the server accepts it and confirms access restriction, OFFMAT revokes sessions, clears account-scoped data from the device, signs you out, and opens the deletion-status screen. If that confirmation fails, the app keeps you signed in and shows an error instead.
For security, the server requires a recent sign-in. If verification has expired, sign in again and repeat the request.
What happens after submission
Deletion is processed by the server. The status screen may show that the request was received, access was revoked, cleanup is processing, authentication cleanup is pending, deletion completed, or support is required. OFFMAT does not show completion until the server confirms that the account has been removed.
If cleanup cannot be confirmed safely, the request is marked for support rather than being presented as finished. Keep the private deletion-status link if you want to check the request after sign-out; do not share it.
What is deleted or anonymized
- your account, profile, private training, recovery, nutrition, and AI data;
- private social relationships, settings, notification data, and account-scoped device state;
- owned media and storage objects when ownership can be established safely; and
- identifying links from shared records that must remain structurally consistent.
Shared conversations, posts, comments, messages, competition history, or necessary academy context may retain non-identifying structure so another athlete’s record is not broken. In those cases, your identity is detached and displayed generically as “Deleted Athlete”. Content another person copied outside OFFMAT is not controlled by OFFMAT.
Academy owners
An account that owns an academy cannot be deleted until academy ownership is transferred or the academy is handled through the separate supported deletion process. This prevents an active academy and its members from being left without an owner.
Limited retention
OFFMAT may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, disputes, or legal obligations. Retained records are restricted to the relevant purpose and kept only as long as needed. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
