Include these details
- Platform and device: iPhone, iPad, Android device, or web browser and model where useful.
- Version: OFFMAT app version and build number, or browser version for a website issue.
- Timing: approximate time the issue occurred and your time zone.
- Steps: the shortest sequence that reproduces the problem.
- Expected result: what you thought OFFMAT should do.
- Actual result: what happened, including the exact error message if one appeared.
- Visual evidence: a screenshot or short recording only when it can be shared safely.
Do not include secrets
Never send your password, one-time code, account recovery code, private deletion-status link, API key, or full authentication token. Remove unrelated private messages, health details, faces, academy rosters, and other people’s personal information from attachments.
