1. Child safety commitment
OFFMAT has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, solicitation of minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any use of the Service to exploit or endanger a minor.
2. Prohibited content and behavior
You must not use OFFMAT to:
- create, upload, share, request, sell, trade, distribute, or otherwise make available CSAM;
- sexualize, exploit, groom, solicit, manipulate, or endanger a minor;
- use posts, comments, direct messages, profiles, media, files, or any other Service feature to target or facilitate harm to a minor;
- encourage, assist, or coordinate conduct that exploits or endangers a minor; or
- evade, interfere with, or attempt to circumvent OFFMAT’s safety enforcement.
3. Reporting concerns
Report suspected child-safety violations through any reporting option made available in the Service or by emailing support@offmat.app. Please provide enough information for us to review the concern, such as the relevant account, content, or date.
Immediate danger: If a child may be in immediate danger or an emergency is occurring, contact local emergency services or the appropriate authorities first.
4. Enforcement
When we identify or receive a report of prohibited conduct, OFFMAT may take action appropriate to the circumstances. This may include removing content, restricting features or access, suspending an account, or permanently terminating an account.
We may preserve relevant records where legally required and cooperate with law enforcement, child-safety organizations, or other authorities when required by applicable law.
5. CSAM handling
CSAM is prohibited on OFFMAT under all circumstances. If CSAM is detected or reported, OFFMAT will take action in accordance with applicable law. This may include removing access to the content, enforcing against associated accounts, preserving relevant records where legally required, and making reports where required by law.
6. Safe boundaries
No one may use OFFMAT to exploit, sexualize, manipulate, groom, solicit, or endanger a child. Everyone using the Service must respect safe personal and training boundaries and report suspected harm.
